NANDISH BUILDCON LLP

We are over at Hari Om Ind Estate, right near the Limbayat Zone Office in Dumbhal. It's a busy area, lots of trucks coming and going all the time. Our place is on plots 36 and 37. Nandish Buildcon LLP is basically just us doing construction work. It gets pretty loud around here with all the industrial stuff happening nearby. We started this because we knew how to build things and wanted to do it our own way. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some desks and a lot of files piled up. We spend more time out on the sites anyway. Construction has a lot of moving parts and sometimes things don't go exactly to plan. We deal with the delays and the stuff that breaks. That's just part of the job. Most of the guys have been with us for years. We know the streets around Dumbhal like the back of our hands. It’s dusty and hot most days, but we get the jobs done. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. Word usually just gets around by people talking. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and move on to the next one. Being located near the zone office makes things a bit easier for errands. It's a practical spot for what we do. We usually have lunch together and talk about the next phase of the build. It's not a glamorous life, but it's what we do and we're used to the noise.
