Nagmani Estate

Our office is located at Plot No 302 inside Sai Ashish Apartment. We are right on the 6th Cross in Budia. It's a residential area mostly, so it feels calm compared to the main roads. We have been at this address for a while now. When you look for Nagmani Estate, just find the Sai Ashish building and you will see us there. I handle the property work from this small room. There are two of us here most days. We drink a lot of tea while looking at files. The neighborhood is growing quite a bit lately. New buildings are going up every few months. I like staying in Budia because it's easy for people to reach us without getting stuck in heavy city traffic. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to sit and talk. We keep the paperwork in old metal cabinets. Sometimes the light in the hallway flickers, but we don't mind. I know the neighbors well, and we usually chat outside during breaks. If you're coming by, look for the 6th Cross turning. Most people miss it the first time. We don't have a big sign or anything, just a small nameplate. It's a simple way of working. I've lived around here long enough to know the streets like the back of my hand. I think it is important to stay local and keep things honest with everyone we meet.
