Multi Media Mobile

At Multi Media Mobile, we are tucked away in Moti Sheri on Mira Road 4. It’s one of those narrow lanes where everyone knows everyone. Our shop isn't very wide, but it goes back a bit. We’ve got stacks of phone boxes and a workbench that is usually covered in tiny screws and screwdriver sets. Working in Moti Sheri means we get a lot of foot traffic from people just walking through the sheri to get to the main road. We handle a bit of everything—software updates, hardware fixes, and selling second-hand phones sometimes. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside at once. The lighting isn't the brightest, but it’s enough for the precision work we do. We don't have a website or anything like that; people just know us by word of mouth. If a phone is acting up, someone will say, "take it to Multi Media on Mira Road." That is how we’ve stayed open all these years. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just trash. No point in taking money for something that won't last. The atmosphere is very casual. We might be eating our lunch at the back while a customer looks at the chargers. It’s just a normal, local business running in a busy part of town. We like the pace of things here and the people we meet.
