Montfort Higher Secondary School

Montfort Higher Secondary School is located right inside Madhav Arcade. We are in shops 106 to 109 on the first floor. It’s a bit of an interesting setup being in a commercial building like this on the Main Road in Godadara. Surat is a crowded city, so you find schools in all sorts of places. Down here in 395010, things move pretty fast. You have all the other shops in the arcade, people coming and going for their own business while we have the students coming in for their classes. It’s a practical way to run a school in this part of town. The stairs get busy in the mornings. We don’t have a big open field or anything like that, just our units in the arcade where the teaching happens. Most of the families who send their kids here live right in the Godadara area, so they just walk or take a short rickshaw ride. It’s a very local thing. We spend our time managing the schedules and making sure the classrooms are set up right for the older kids. Sometimes the noise from the street comes in, but that’s just life on the Main Road. We’ve been at this for a bit, just doing the work that needs doing. There isn't much to say other than we are here every day from morning till the afternoon ends. We just keep things running.
