Mobile Point

You can find Mobile Point at Athwa 2nd Main Hegganahalli UC. It’s a simple shop, nothing too flashy. I spend most of my time behind the counter. The street outside is usually full of activity, which I like because I can watch the world go by when I'm not busy. We deal with all sorts of mobile phones. Sometimes I’m just putting on a screen guard, and other times I’m trying to figure out why a phone won't turn on at all. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing on tiny things. I have a radio that stays on most of the day, mostly for background noise. The walls are covered with different cases and chargers. I try to keep things organized, but when it gets busy, that usually goes out the window. People in Hegganahalli are mostly friendly. I know many of them by name now. We don't have a big team or fancy uniforms. It’s just us in our regular clothes, working on phones. Sometimes a repair doesn't go as planned, and I have to try something else. That’s just part of the process. I’ve learned to be patient with the technology. It’s an honest job, and it keeps me busy. If you ever find yourself on 2nd Main, you’ll see our sign.
