If you are looking for us, we are over at Ring Road 6. It’s a small shop filled with tools, screens, and tiny screws that always seem to go missing. We spend most of our day sitting at the workbench with those magnifying lamps. People bring in phones that have been dropped or just stopped working for no reason. It’s a lot of staring at circuit boards and trying to figure out what went wrong. The shop isn't very tidy because there are always parts lying around from different jobs we are working on. We have a few chairs for people to wait, but usually, it's better to just leave the phone and come back later. Ring Road is always loud with cars, so we usually have a small radio playing in the background to drown it out. We aren't a big service center with uniforms or anything. It's just us here trying to fix things so people don't have to buy new ones. Sometimes a repair is easy, and sometimes it takes all afternoon. We tell people honestly if something can't be fixed. There is no point in lying about it. We’ve been at this location for a few years now. Most of the time it’s just dusty screens and tired batteries. We just do the work and hand the phones back. It gets tedious sometimes but we like the feeling of finishing a hard job.
