Mobile Care

Mobile Care is situated in Piplod, over at the 12th Block, 2nd Stage. It’s a nice enough area, a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve been operating out of this block for a while now. The shop is small and simple. We have a glass counter where we display some basic accessories like cases and screen protectors. Most of our time is spent in the back fixing stuff. The 2nd Stage is mostly residential, so we see a lot of families and elderly people who need help with their devices. We don't use any complicated jargon. If a phone is broken, we tell them what’s wrong in plain English. Sometimes we even help people set up their new phones if they’re having trouble. It’s a friendly neighborhood vibe here. We know the guy who runs the grocery store next door and often swap stories during our breaks. The shop isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get things fixed. We have a small calendar on the wall where we mark down when repairs are supposed to be finished. We try to stick to it, but sometimes parts take a few days to arrive. People in Piplod are pretty patient though. We like working here because it’s not as chaotic as other parts of the city. It’s just us, our tools, and the phones we fix every day. We usually close up around eight and head home to the family.
