We started Mobile Care a while back on 10th Cross. It is just a small spot on Rangawswamy Temple Street 3. Usually, the street is pretty noisy with people heading to the temple or just walking to the local market. Inside the shop, it is mostly just tools and parts scattered around on the wooden counters we have had since the beginning. We spend most of our day sitting at the back bench with those tiny screwdrivers and magnifying glasses that make your eyes hurt after a while. It gets quite dusty because we keep the front door open for air, but that is just part of being here. People bring in their phones with all kinds of problems like cracked screens or batteries that just won't hold a charge anymore. Sometimes we can fix them while they wait and we give them a plastic chair to sit on, other times they have to leave them for a day or two. There is a tea stall a few doors down, so we usually head over there when things get a bit quiet in the afternoon. It is not a fancy place by any means, just a regular shop where we try to get things working again. Most of the neighbors know us by name now. The sign outside is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find us easily enough. It is just me and a couple of others helping out here in the shop.
