Mobile Care

You can find Mobile Care over in Adajan Dn 3. This part of town is a bit more residential, so we get a lot of families coming in. Maybe a kid dropped their tablet or a grandmother needs help figuring out why her WhatsApp isn't making sounds anymore. We handle all those small things. The shop isn't very large, just a counter and some stools for people to sit on while they wait. We try to keep a good stock of tempered glass because everyone seems to be dropping their phones these days. It’s just me and one other guy working here. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Surat, just a reliable one for the people living nearby. Often, customers leave their phones with us while they go do their grocery shopping and then pick them up on the way back. It’s convenient that way. We don't use any fancy computer systems for tracking jobs, just a notebook where we write everything down. It’s been working fine for us so far. Sometimes it gets a little hectic on Saturday mornings when everyone realizes their phone needs a fix before the weekend is over. We do our best to keep up. The lighting inside is a bit bright because we need to see those tiny screws, but otherwise, it's a pretty relaxed place. Just a normal shop doing normal phone stuff for the local folks in Adajan. We like the neighborhood.
