Mobile Bazaar

You can find us over at Khatodara Plot Number 2240. It’s a bit of a maze around here sometimes, but we’re tucked in there. The shop name is Mobile Bazaar, which fits because we have a bit of everything shoved into the corners. It’s not one of those shiny stores you see in the malls. We have wires hanging and boxes of old components stacked up. People bring us phones that other places said were trash, and we usually try to see if there’s any life left in them. It’s a lot of squinting at small parts and hoping the ribbon cable doesn't snap. We get a lot of regulars who just stop by to chat or ask a quick question about their settings. The floor is a bit scuffed and the fan makes a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. We handle a lot of the cheaper models that people use for work, though we see the high-end stuff too. The neighborhood is fairly active, so there’s always someone coming in for a recharge or a new pair of earphones because they lost theirs. We don't spend much time cleaning up the back room, we’re usually too busy with a screwdriver in hand. It’s just the way it is here. We do the work, people pay, and they go about their day. It’s a simple life at the plot, keeping the electronics going for whoever walks through the door.
