Metro Mobile

Metro Mobile is located over in Udhnagam, specifically at 6th Main in E-Block G 35. It is a residential area mostly, so we get a lot of the same people coming in week after week. The shop is not very large, but we make it work. We have a workbench in the back where we do the soldering and the fine work on the circuit boards. It is usually a bit messy back there with tiny screws and screwdrivers laying around. We do not have a big sign with flashing lights, just a simple name on the front window. We keep things low-key here. If a neighbor’s phone stops working, they bring it over and we see what we can do for them. One day at a time, the time goes by. We listen to the radio while we work to keep things from being too quiet in the shop. The floor is tiled and we try to keep it swept, but there is always a bit of street dust that finds its way in. We are not a big chain or anything. It is just a local business where we know most of the customers by their first names. We offer what we have on the shelves and do not try to push people into buying things they do not need. It is a simple way to make a living, and we have been doing it this way for a long time now.
