We are located right in the heart of the action at Raghunandan Textile Market. Our shop is number 32 on the ground floor. If you know the Ring Road area at all, you know how hectic it gets every single day. Being on the ground floor is great because we don't have to climb stairs with heavy rolls, but it also means a lot of foot traffic right past our door. Marbel Tex Fab is our little corner of the market. We have piles of fabric everywhere, and sometimes it feels like we’re running out of room to even stand. We spend our days talking to customers, showing them different materials, and haggling over the prices. It’s the way things are done here in Surat. The market has its own rhythm, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. It’s hot, it’s noisy, and it’s usually crowded, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We know the other shopkeepers and we look out for each other. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the street vendors during our small breaks. It’s a simple business, buying and selling cloth, but it keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just this shop and our history of what we do. We’re usually here from morning until late evening when the market finally starts to wind down. It’s a long day but we like the work.
