Manthan Telecom

We are Manthan Telecom, based right here in Surat. This city is huge and fast, but we've found our little rhythm here. We don't have a fancy address with a big glowing sign, just a local spot where we take care of phone stuff and connectivity. Most days are spent handling customers who have issues with their mobile plans or need a new SIM card. It’s one of those jobs where you meet all kinds of people from different parts of Surat. The shop is usually a bit noisy because of the street outside and the radio we keep playing in the background to pass the time. We have a few glass counters and some stools for people to sit while we sort out their paperwork. It’s just a few of us working here. We aren't some massive chain store. We know our customers by their first names often. Sometimes we run out of a certain voucher or a popular phone model, and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s just the reality of a small business. We handle the daily tasks, like checking the inventory and keeping the place somewhat clean, though the dust from the Surat streets always finds a way in no matter what we do. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything. People just know we are here and that we've been doing this for a while. It’s honest work that keeps us connected to the neighborhood and the city.
