Maanavi Homes Llp

Maanavi Homes Llp is located inside the Laxminarayan Industrial Estate. We are on plots G 73, 74, 75, and 76. It can be a little bit of a maze back here in this industrial part of Surat city, but once you find the gate, it is pretty straightforward. We mostly deal with home building and land development. Being in an industrial estate means things get a little noisy with the trucks and work going on next door, but we like the energy of the place. We have worked on various housing projects all around the city. It is a lot of back and forth between this office and the various construction sites we manage. We don't have a fancy showroom with models or anything like that. Usually, we just have the blueprints spread out on a big wooden table. It is a small team here. We spend most of our time making sure building materials arrive on time and that the workers have what they need to keep going. Dealing with the local corporation and getting all the permits signed off takes up a lot of our effort. It is not always glamorous work, often it is just dusty boots and endless phone calls. We grew up around this area, so we have seen how the city is changing. People come to us because they want a place to live that is built right. We don't use big words or fancy promises. It is just practical work.
