M S Rayons Private Limited works out of Trividh Chambers on Ring Road here in Surat. Specifically, we are in office number 802 on Plot No. 3/2886/B-1. Ring Road is famous for being the heart of the textile trade, so it is always packed with trucks and people. Our office is up on the eighth floor, which gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street down below. We deal mostly with rayon fabrics, hence the name. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with plenty of filing cabinets and samples of different cloth types. We spend a lot of time on the phone with weavers and traders. It’s a fast-paced environment because the Ring Road market never really seems to sleep. You have to be quick to keep up with how things change around here. We have a small team, and everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from checking the quality of the yarn to making sure the billing is correct. Sometimes the power goes out or the elevators get stuck, but we just keep going. It’s a typical Surat textile business where the focus is entirely on the product and the move. We’ve been at this Swami Baug location for a while, and most of the locals in the trade know where to find us. We just keep sorting through the shipments and managing the daily stock that comes in.
