Our place is number 33 in Manibag Society. If you’re coming down Katargam Road in Surat, we are right opposite Kunjgali. It’s a residential area, so it’s actually quite a nice place to have an office. We’ve been here for a while, and it feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We handle the L&T tasks for this region from this small building. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, there are papers everywhere. It’s a small team, so we all know what everyone else is doing. We don’t really do formal meetings; we just talk across the room. It’s simpler that way. The neighborhood is good, and we’re close to everything we need. Most of our day is spent dealing with local vendors or checking on progress. We don’t worry about looking polished. We just want to make sure the work is right and the people we deal with are satisfied. It’s a very practical way to run things. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, which is nice. We like being part of the society here. It’s a straightforward setup and it serves us well for what we need to do every day. We just keep our heads down and get the job finished.
