STEAG Encotec I Pvt. Ltd is currently working out of an apartment in Surat. Specifically, we’re located at A-3, Flat No 4 in Swagat Apartment. It’s right in Vishal Nagar, near the Adajan Circle. Jayesh Desai is the main contact here, and he’s the one who keeps things organized. Running a private limited company out of a flat might seem a bit different, but it works for us right now. It’s a quiet space where we can handle all the technical planning and administrative work without the noise of a big factory floor. Surat is a busy city, and being near Adajan Circle means there is always something happening outside. We spend most of our time on computers or on the phone coordinating with people at different sites. The living room has basically been turned into our main office area, filled with files and some desks. It’s a very practical arrangement, and it helps us stay focused on the tasks at hand. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people who come to see us are already familiar with Jayesh or have been sent our way by others in the industry. We just take care of the business side of things, making sure the contracts are in order and the schedules are being met. It’s a small, dedicated team.
