We have our main office set up in Pune, specifically over at Brahma Horizon inside Kubera Park. It’s right near the Lullanagar Chock in the Kondhwa Khurd area. Working with vitrified tiles means our space is usually filled with samples and catalogs. People come in to see what we have, and we spend a lot of time explaining the differences between various finishes. It’s a lot of heavy lifting sometimes when new crates arrive. The office is in unit A-3/10. It’s a decent sized place for what we need. Pune is a big city for construction, so there’s always something happening in our trade. We’ve been at this for a while, dealing with contractors and homeowners. Some days are loud with deliveries, and other days are just quiet paperwork days. We don't use any fancy sales tactics; we just show the tiles and tell people what they cost. The location in Kubera Park is fairly easy to get to once you know the landmark of Lullanagar. We’re just a bunch of regular people who know a lot about flooring. It’s not the most glamorous job, but tiles are something everyone needs eventually. We try to stay organized, but with so many different patterns and sizes, the office can get a bit crowded. That’s just part of the business. We like the neighborhood here in Kondhwa, it’s got a good vibe and plenty of local spots to grab lunch. We just keep at it every day. It's a living.
