We are out here on Karwar Road, right next to the electric grid. If you know the post box area, you know where we are. It gets pretty loud with the trucks coming in and out, and the dust from the stone is just something we live with every day. The spot has been our home for a while now. Dealing with granite is heavy work, honestly. My hands are usually rough by the end of the shift, and the guys in the yard are always moving slabs around. The office isn't fancy or anything like that. We just have our space here near the grid and we do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power flickers because of where we’re located, but we just keep going. The yard is usually full of different colors of stone. Most of the day is spent trying to keep things organized and getting the pieces loaded up correctly. People stop by and ask for directions because of the grid landmark. Karwar Road is always busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their day. Flashy signs aren't our thing, we just have the name on the gate. Everything is practical here. Heavy slabs are moved, we get dirty, and then we go home. That’s how things run at Kunal Granites Pvt. Ltd. Looking around, the neighborhood has changed a bit, but the work stays the same. Stone and hard work are what we do.
