Liza Buildcon Llp is located in the New Textile Market, right in the Surat Cotton Mill Compound area of Begumpura. Our space is quite large, covering shops 3189 to 3211 on the third floor. Being in the textile market means it’s always loud and there’s always something moving around us. We do construction work, which is a bit different from the fabric shops nearby, but we like the energy of the place. We have a lot of space for our records and for the team to sit and work on designs. It's a bit of a maze to find us the first time, but once you’re here, it’s a solid place to work. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with contractors and making sure our supplies are arriving where they need to go. Surat is a big city for building things, so there's always plenty to do. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. It’s just us and our staff making sure things happen. We’ve got a lot of files from over the years tucked away in the back. Sometimes the elevators in the market are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. It's not glamorous, but it's what we know. We try to keep things simple and honest in how we work with everyone.
