You can find us over in the Old G.I.D.C area of Katargam. Specifically, we are at Plot No. 161. It’s an older industrial part of Surat, so the buildings have that worn-in look. We are on the first floor. Lepa Technical Textile Llp has been in this spot for a while. The neighborhood is full of small workshops and units, so there is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving around. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s an honest one. We go up the stairs to our floor every morning and get right to it. The space isn't huge, but we make the most of every square foot. Being in Katargam puts us right in the middle of a lot of textile history in this city. The streets can be a bit narrow and crowded with parked bikes and delivery vans, but that’s just how it is in the Old G.I.D.C. We don't have fancy lights or a big glass front. It’s mostly just brick, concrete, and the work we do. Our address at Plot No. 161 is easy to find if you know the area, though newcomers sometimes take a wrong turn at the crossroads. We like the grit of this location. It reminds us that we are here to work. There’s a tea stall nearby where we go sometimes when we need a break. Otherwise, we stay focused on our tasks on the first floor. It’s our small corner of the Surat industrial landscape. It gets hot in the summer, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving while we work.
