I’ve been running the Leo Institute over in Udhna for some time now. It’s a busy part of town, and there’s always people moving around outside. I didn't want to set up something that felt like a cold, empty office. Instead, it’s just a regular place where students can come in and focus on their studies. I spend a lot of my time sitting at the front or helping out with the books. Udhna is a practical place, and people here work hard. That’s the same vibe I try to keep inside the institute. We don’t have fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. It’s just tables, chairs, and a lot of pens that always seem to go missing. I see a lot of students coming in after their regular school or work hours, looking a bit tired but ready to learn something new. I try to talk to them like a normal person, not like some bossy administrator. We talk about their exams and their plans for the future. Sometimes the fans make a bit of noise and the street sounds drift in through the windows, but we just get on with it. It’s not a perfect setup, but it works for us. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know most of the shops nearby. It feels good to be part of the community and help the local kids get a bit further ahead in life.
