We are located at 308 in the Sunshine Complex. If you know the area in Mota Varachha, you probably know where the CNG pump is near Sudama Chowk. That is exactly where we are. We have been working out of this Surat office for quite a while now. Koladiya Buildcon India Private Limited is mostly just a group of us who handle local building and construction stuff. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get fuel or heading to work. Our office is on the third floor, and it is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few computers, and a lot of files for the projects we are doing around Gujarat. We do not really go in for any of that fancy corporate talk. We just focus on the actual building work that needs to get done. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but that is just part of being in this business. We handle everything from the initial planning stages to the actual construction on the ground. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or material supplies, but we just keep at it. Most of our staff lives nearby in Surat, so we know the local area really well. We like being based in Mota Varachha because the community is growing so much. It feels like there is always a new project starting up somewhere close by.
