Khateshwar Mobile Shop

We've been here in Bharthana 9 for a while now. The shop isn't huge, just a regular spot where people stop by when their phone screen cracks or they need a new cable. Usually, I get here around ten, unlock the shutter, and sweep the floor before the first customer shows up. Sometimes it's quiet, especially when the sun is really hitting the pavement outside. I spend a lot of time looking at tiny screws and trying to get lint out of charging ports. It’s fiddly work but it keeps me busy. People from around the neighborhood know where we are. They come in asking about recharge plans or maybe looking for a second-hand handset that doesn't cost too much. We have a glass counter full of covers—some are bright and others are just plain plastic. The fan overhead hums a bit too loud in the afternoon. Sometimes the tea guy brings a cup over and we talk about the news or the weather. It’s a simple life running a shop like this. You see the same faces every week. Some kids come in wanting to look at the newest models even if they aren't buying. I don't mind. It's just part of being in Bharthana. The shelves have boxes stacked up, and I try to keep things organized, but honestly, it gets messy by evening. That's just how it goes here. Khateshwar Mobile Shop is just our little corner.
