We don't have a glossy brochure or a dedicated sales team. If someone needs something done, they usually just stop by or give us a call because they know where we are located. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different suppliers and making sure the workers show up when they are supposed to. It is a lot of daily management and fixing small problems before they turn into bigger ones. The office is very simple, just some desks and chairs for visitors. We like it that way because we can just focus on the actual building work.
