Kautilya Weavetech Private Limited

Our workplace is out at the Radhe Industrial Estate, covering units 78 to 82. We are in Sivan Village, which is part of the Olpad Taluka in Surat. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city center, but we like it here because there is more room to breathe. Kautilya Weavetech Private Limited is where we spend our long hours. The industrial estate is full of similar units, so there is always a hum of machines in the background. We have several units here to handle the weaving processes. It’s dusty and noisy, but that’s just how a factory feels. We don't have a lot of office staff; most of us are on the floor checking the machines or moving the finished goods. The commute out to Olpad can be tough during the monsoon, but the air is a bit cleaner than in the middle of Surat. We have a small canteen area where we eat our lunch together. There are no fancy mission statements on the walls. We just want to make sure the looms are running properly and the fabric comes out right. It’s a straightforward operation. We deal with the issues as they come up, whether it’s a broken part or a late delivery. It’s honest work in a quiet village setting. We've been at Radhe Industrial Estate for a while now and we know the other business owners.
