Kartik Refrigeration

Kartik Refrigeration is our small shop located at B/5-7 in M.J House. We are right in the Mohana Ni Chawl area of Mini Bazar on Varachha Road. If you know this part of Surat, you know it’s absolutely packed with people and shops. It’s a very lively place to be. Our shop is quite small and it’s filled to the brim with refrigeration parts. We have shelves of copper tubing, gas cylinders, and motors everywhere. It’s hard to find a place to sit down sometimes. We’ve been here for many years, and we’ve seen the bazar change a lot. The traffic on Varachha Road is always loud, so we’ve learned to talk a bit louder to be heard. Most of our customers are local technicians or people from the neighborhood whose fridges have stopped working. We don't have a computer system to track everything; we just know where things are on the shelves. Sometimes we lose a pen or a receipt, but we always find it eventually. We aren't big on formalities. You walk in, tell us what you need, and we help you out. We usually have a news channel running on a small TV in the corner. It’s a busy, cramped, and noisy place, but it’s our shop and we are proud of it. We don't have a fancy logo or a big sign, just our name above the door.
