Karmanath Textiles Private Limited is located over at Plot B-14 in the Chitrakutt Co-operative Housing Society. It’s near Hirabaug on Varachha Road, which is one of the most crowded parts of the city. We work out of a spot that feels more like a neighborhood than a cold industrial area. You can hear the sounds of families and the local shops while we are working. We deal with textiles every day, mostly focusing on the production side. The building isn't brand new, but it's sturdy and serves us well. We have a small team here. We don't use big words or have long meetings. Usually, we just talk about what needs to be finished by the evening. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that’s when we take a break. Varachha is always full of energy, and being near Hirabaug means there’s always something happening outside our door. We deal with various fabrics and try to keep our records straight. It’s a lot of manual work and physical checking of the goods. Sometimes the rain makes the road a mess, but we still manage to get the work done. It’s just a regular local business where we know our neighbors and we stick to our routine without any fuss. The office is small and a bit cluttered with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We just keep moving.
