You can find us at U 3 Citizen Tower on the way to the Metro on Kanakpura Road. We are near the 10th Main and 16th Cross at Bhatar Road. It is a busy junction and the noise from the traffic comes right into the shop. Being in Citizen Tower means we get a lot of people passing by on their way to work or the metro station. The shop is narrow and packed with different watches on the walls. I spend a lot of time standing up, talking to customers who are usually in a hurry. They want a battery changed in five minutes so they can catch their train. I do what I can. The workbench is in the back where it is a bit quieter. I have spent many years in this spot. The air is always a bit humid, and I keep a small fan running right next to my head. Sometimes I get watches that are so rusted inside I have to tell the owners there is no hope. But mostly, it is just simple stuff like fixing a clasp or cleaning out some grit. It is a practical business. I don't use big words or try to sell people things they don't need. If it can be fixed, I fix it. If not, I tell them straight.
