K. P. Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is based on the ground floor of the Golandaz Building. Our address is H. No. 1/98/a - 1/b, right there in the Golandaz area. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with stairs or elevators when we are carrying heavy files or equipment in and out of the office. The building itself has been around for quite a while and has that old-school feel to it. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper, but it’s sturdy and it’s where we do all our work. We have a few rooms dedicated to our office tasks, and there’s always a bit of chatter going on between the staff. It’s a private limited company, but we don’t act like those big corporate types you see in the movies. We are just regular people who know a thing or two about building and construction. The area around us is usually quite busy with people walking by, and we often see the same faces every single day. We’ve decorated the place with a few plants that probably need more water than they actually get, and the walls are covered with old calendars and project notes. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don’t really bother with fancy slogans. We just focus on the projects we have on hand and try to make sure everything is handled the right way without making a big fuss.
