JM PATEL INFRA LLP

Our office, JM PATEL INFRA LLP, is on the 3rd floor of Leonardo Square, which is right across from Vijaynagar Society in Surat. We are in the Choryasi area, specifically the 395010 zip code. It's a decent building, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below. We spend a lot of time here looking at project plans and talking to our crews. Surat is a big city and there is always some kind of construction going on, so we stay fairly active. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a big reception area. It's mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of paper. We are just regular people who have been in the infrastructure business for a while. We don't try to sound like a big multinational corporation because we aren't one. We are just a local LLP trying to do good work. Sometimes the elevator in Leonardo Square is a bit slow, but we don't mind the walk up the stairs if we have to. Working across from Vijaynagar Society means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We like being part of the neighborhood. Our focus is on getting the projects done right and making sure our clients are satisfied with the results. It’s simple, practical work without any unnecessary fluff. We just keep at it day after day.
