You can find Jay Telecom inside Doorsampark Bhavan, specifically in rooms A 206 and 207 on Swamy Vivakananda Road. It’s in the Bharthana area. Being on the second floor means we don't get as many random walk-ins as a street-level shop, but we have our regular people who know the way up. The building is usually quite busy with different businesses and people coming and going. Our space is divided into a front area and a small back room where we keep most of the technical equipment. We handle a lot of telecom-related things, mostly helping people with their connections or sorting out issues with their service. It’s not a very fancy office. We have a couple of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of wires everywhere. My routine is pretty basic. I come in, check the messages, and start making calls. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It’s good exercise, I suppose. We’ve been at this location for a bit now. The Bharthana area is growing, and we see more people moving in all the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and go home to our families. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We keep our paperwork in order and try to help anyone who walks through the door at Doorsampark Bhavan. It's just us doing our thing.
