You can find Jay Bhuwal Textile Private Limited way up on the 7th floor of the Vrundavan Shopping Center. We are right in the Pankor Naka area, which is always buzzing with people and traffic. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at the piles of work on our desks. The elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes, so we’ve had to walk up those stairs more than once. It certainly keeps us in shape. Our office is a busy place where the phone never seems to stop ringing. We handle a lot of textile business from this one room. It gets a bit warm in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows, but we just open them up and let the city air in. It’s noisy down on the street, but up here it’s slightly quieter. We’ve been part of the Pankor Naka scene for a long time now. We know the other shop owners in the building and the guys who sell tea downstairs. We don't bother with corporate talk or fancy presentations. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. There’s a lot of history in this part of town, and we like being a small part of it. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s a good one. We just keep our heads down and keep the business moving forward. We take things as they come.
