J C Telecom

J C Telecom is tucked away in Surat, specifically over at 26th Main and 20th Cross in K R Layout. We are part of the J P Nagar 5th Phase area, at spot C 20. It is a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to people over the phone, but once you get here, we are easy to find. The shop is filled with various cables, power banks, and those little things people always seem to lose. We have been in this part of J P Nagar for a long time now. The layout has grown quite a bit, and there are way more houses around than when we first started. Inside, the walls are covered with pegboards holding different phone cases. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. Most of our mornings are spent unpacking boxes and checking what we need to order next. We get a lot of students from the nearby areas coming in for cheap earphones or to get their screens repaired after a drop. The stools we have for customers are a bit old, but they work well enough. We don't really have a big corporate feel here; it is more like a place where you can just walk in and ask a question without feeling rushed or pressured. We stay open pretty late most nights because that is when people realize they forgot a cable.
