My brother and I have been here at Bamroli 104 for a while now. It’s not a very big shop, just enough space for the counters and a couple of chairs for people to sit while they wait. Most mornings start with cleaning the glass because the dust from the road outside settles on everything pretty fast. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly just basic stuff people need for their phones. If someone’s screen cracks or their battery stops holding a charge, they usually walk in and ask us to take a look. It gets pretty loud in the afternoons when the traffic picks up, but we’re used to it. Sometimes the neighbors come by just to chat or ask about a new model they saw on the internet. We don't have fancy displays or anything like that. It’s mostly just boxes of cables, chargers, and tempered glass stacked up behind the counter. Working here means you see all sorts of people from the neighborhood. Some stay for a long time talking, and others are in a big rush to get their device back. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. The lights inside are a bit bright, but you need that when you're looking at tiny parts or trying to slide a SIM card into a slot. It’s a simple way to spend the day, really. We just keep the doors open until late evening when things finally quiet down around Bamroli.
