Hygienic Agri Fruit Processros

We are located right off N.H.No.8, just across from the Relief Hotel in Dhoran Pardi. It is a busy spot with trucks passing by all day long. Most of us get here early when the air is still a bit cool. We deal with fruit processing at Hygienic Agri Fruit Processros, so there is always a lot of washing and sorting to do. It isn't fancy work. Some days the machines run loud and we have to shout to hear each other. We spend a lot of time checking the produce that comes in from the local farms. If a batch isn't right, it slows everything down. The facility in Kamrej has been here for a while now. We know the neighbors and the people at the hotel across the way. Sometimes the dust from the highway gets into everything, so we keep the doors shut tight. It is just a regular place where people show up to do their jobs. We have a small break room where we sit when the machines are being cleaned. You can hear the traffic from the national highway even through the walls. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just the processing floor and a small space for paperwork. We try to keep things moving so the fruit doesn't sit too long. It is mostly about getting through the daily list of crates. Everyone knows their role and we just get on with it until it is time to go home.
