HRV Developers LLP is down in the Sachin area of Surat. We are located at plot numbers 107, 108, 109, and 110 in Kailashnagar. It is a fairly large footprint because we combined a few plots to make it work. Our spot is right opposite the Pali Talab, which is the local lake in Pali Gam. It is actually quite nice to be near the water, though the area is mostly industrial and residential mixed together. The pincode here is 394230. Our office is a bit more rugged than some of the ones you see in the city center. We have a lot of dust on the windows because of the roads in Sachin, but we try to keep the inside clean enough. It is a busy place with people coming and going all the time. We don't have a receptionist or anything; someone usually just looks up from their desk when you walk in. We deal with a lot of local land stuff and building plans. It gets very humid here in Surat, so the fans are always going full speed. We are just a local team doing our thing in Kailashnagar. We have lived and worked in this part of Surat for a long time, so we know the Pali Gam area like the back of our hands. It is just a normal office for normal people. We don't have fancy titles or corporate rules, we just come in and do the job every single day.
