We are a developer company, so our focus is on building projects and making sure things get done right. Dashrath Nagar is a good place for us because it’s central and we can get to our different sites easily without too much trouble. Our team is small and we all pitch in where we are needed most. It’s a very practical environment to work in. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone with corporate speak. We just talk about the work that needs doing. Sometimes the office gets pretty busy and a bit messy with paper, but that’s just how it goes when you’re managing several things at once. We like the honest nature of the construction business. It’s about seeing something tangible at the end of the day. We have a daily routine that involves a lot of coffee and a lot of phone calls to suppliers.
