You will find our facility at Block No-276, situated right across from the Relief Hotel on N.H. No-8 in Baleshwar Plasana. Being on the national highway means there is always a lot of movement. We are a frozen storage business, so our main focus is on the big cold units we have on-site. It’s a loud place because of the refrigeration motors and the trucks constantly pulling in and out. The Relief Hotel is a well-known spot for travelers, so we just tell everyone to look for that. Our crew works around the clock to make sure the temperatures stay where they need to be. It’s a practical, gritty kind of job. We aren't sitting in a quiet office in the city. Out here, the wind blows a lot of dust around, and the sun can be quite harsh in the summer. We spend a lot of time in our thermal gear because of the temperature difference inside. It’s a lot of physical labor, checking crates and making sure the loading docks are clear. Most of our days are spent talking to drivers and managing the inventory coming from the nearby ports. We’ve been at this location for years, and it’s a good spot for logistics despite the noise. We just keep the wheels turning and handle whatever arrives at the gate. The sunsets out here are actually quite nice.
