Himaghna Priya Constructions Privatelimited

We are based at house number A-24K.P.Park-1, which is in the Tarsadi area of Mangrol. It’s a bit of a drive from the main Surat city, but we like it out here. Himaghna Priya Constructions Privatelimited is our small company. We use a part of the house as our main office, so it feels very homey and relaxed. You won't find any glass walls or shiny lobbies here. Just a couple of rooms with computers and a lot of files. We spend most of our time out in the field looking at sites, but we always come back here to finish the paperwork. Mangrol is a nice place to live and work. We know most of the people around K.P. Park-1, and they know us as the local construction folks. We don't use any fancy advertising. Usually, someone just hears about us from a neighbor and gives us a call. We try to be honest about what can be done and how much it will cost. Building things takes a lot of patience and we have plenty of that. Sometimes the power goes out in Tarsadi, and we just wait it out or work by the windows. Himaghna Priya Constructions Privatelimited is just our way of contributing to the local area. We aren't looking to become a giant corporation. We just want to keep doing what we do and stay right here in Mangrol. It’s a quiet life but we are happy with it.
