Hello Telecom

We've been operating Hello Telecom out of this spot on Mahakali Caves Road for a good while now. It's a busy street in Surat, so there's always someone popping in for a data pack or a new charger cable because theirs frayed. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a simple door and some glass cases. We keep a stock of the usual things people need daily. Sometimes the internet is slow when we are trying to process a payment, which is frustrating for everyone, but we manage. My dad used to run a different business, but we switched to phones because that's what everyone uses now. It's a small team here, mostly just family. We don't have those fancy uniforms or a marketing budget. We just sit here, drink our tea, and help whoever walks through the door. If we don't have a part in stock, we tell you straight. No point in making people wait for something that isn't coming. It gets hot in the afternoons, so the fan is always humming in the corner. It's just a steady life here on the road. Nothing too exciting happens, but we like the regulars who stop by just to say hello on their way home. We have some old posters on the wall that have been there since we opened. They are a bit faded now, but we don't mind. It feels like home to us.
