It is up on the third floor of Gokulam Arcade, right near Sarthana Jakatnaka. You take the lift up to 301 and you'll find us there. It’s a pretty lively area, and the windows look out over the main road where there is always a lot of traffic and noise. Inside the clinic, it’s a bit quieter. We focus on two main things here, physiotherapy and helping people with weight loss. It’s not a fancy spa or anything like that. We have the usual scales, some workout gear, and the tables where the physio happens. A lot of people come in after work, so the evenings are usually our busiest time. The staff is mostly busy keeping track of charts or showing someone how to use the equipment properly. Sometimes the tea lady comes by in the afternoon and we take a quick break, but mostly it is just work. The walls are a simple color, and we have a few chairs in the waiting area that have seen better days. It feels like a normal part of the neighborhood. Being near Rison Plazza helps people find us, though parking in this part of Sarthana can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what the person needs when they walk in. It’s a small team here at Health Plus Physiotherapy & Weight Loss Clinic, so we all know each other’s names and usually the names of the regulars too.
