We work out of Plot No. 583 in the Varsha Cooperative Housing Society, which is situated on Varachha Road in the Matawadi part of Karanj. It is an interesting spot because it’s a mix of residential and business life all mashed together. Hcx Pharmaceuticals Llp has a modest setup here. We aren't in a shiny office tower; instead, we are part of the local fabric of the neighborhood. You can hear kids playing nearby or neighbors talking while we are trying to sort through our daily records. The office is mostly filled with shelves for our files and a couple of computers that have been with us for a long time. The Varachha area is incredibly busy, and sometimes finding a place to park a scooter near the plot is a real challenge. We spend a lot of our time just managing the day-to-day details that come with running a small operation. It’s not glamorous, but it is honest work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a little clicking noise when it’s on high, but it’s our space and we are comfortable in it. We have a routine that involves a lot of tea and checking lists over and over. Being in Karanj means we are right in the thick of things, and that keeps us busy enough throughout the week. We just keep moving forward with the work.
