Hari Om Mobile

You can find Hari Om Mobile over in Phase I of the Gidc in Bharthana. It’s a busy spot with a lot of movement every day. We aren't in a fancy part of town, so you won't see any bright neon signs or anything like that. Our shop is pretty basic. We have a glass counter where we keep the phones and a small workbench in the back where we do repairs. It’s often a bit messy back there with tiny screws and bits of plastic everywhere. We deal with a lot of workers from the local industries who need their phones fixed fast so they can get back to their shifts. It keeps us on our toes. Sometimes we run out of a certain part and have to wait for the delivery guy, which is a bit of a pain. We try to keep things simple here. There’s no big corporate hierarchy, just a few of us trying to do a decent job. The air out here in Bharthana is always thick with the smell of the nearby factories, but you stop noticing it after a while. We open up early and stay until the evening rush is over. It’s just a small business trying to serve the people who live and work around the Gidc. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Surat, just a reliable place where people can come for help.
