Harello Pharmaceutical Private Limited is located at number 17 in the Tapi Industrial Estate. We are right near the PP Savani Heart Hospital, which is a big landmark that everyone around here knows. Being on Varachha Road in the Kapodara area means things are always moving fast. The traffic is almost always backed up, and the noise from the street is just part of our daily life. Our unit in the industrial estate is a basic, functional space where we handle all our business. It’s not very large, but we’ve organized it so that everyone has enough room to work on their tasks. Most of us arrive early to try and beat the worst of the Varachha traffic, but it doesn't always work out that way. The building we are in has that classic industrial feel, with concrete floors and high ceilings that help keep things a bit cooler during the hot months in Surat. We usually eat our lunch together at the main table because it’s easier than trying to go out in the middle of the day. There’s always someone coming by with a delivery or a question, so the door is usually opening and closing all afternoon. We just keep our heads down and stay on top of the paperwork that piles up. It’s a simple way of working, but it’s what we know. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't; we just focus on our tasks.
