Our shop is actually on the first floor of number 39 in Valinath Society. It is in the Rachna area, which is mostly houses and some small businesses mixed together. Being in a society means it feels more like a home than a shop sometimes. We have been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us by name. They usually just walk up the stairs and knock if their printer is acting up or if they can’t get their Wi-Fi to reach the back bedroom. We don't have a big sign outside, just enough so people can find the right door. Inside, it is mostly just a couple of desks covered in wires and screwdrivers. We spend a lot of time explaining things to people who aren't very good with technology, showing them where to click or how to save their files properly. It’s not just about fixing the hardware; it’s about making sure the person knows how to use it too. Sometimes we go out to people's houses if they have a big desktop they can't carry, but mostly people bring their stuff to us. It’s a quiet way to work, away from the main road noise. We keep a small stock of basics like mouse pads and flash drives because someone always needs one at the last minute. It’s just a simple setup we’ve run for years and it keeps us busy without being too overwhelming.
