Aqutech Computer Solutions is tucked away in Jambil Galli 3, right here in Surat. If you know the area, you know it’s a narrow street with lots of small shops. We are one of those shops. We’ve been at number 3 for several years now. Inside, it’s mostly just cables, screwdrivers, and stacks of hardware. It isn’t the kind of place with a big glass window or a showroom. We prefer it that way because it gives us more room to actually work on the computers. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting errors or replacing broken parts. It gets quiet in the afternoons, which is nice for concentrating. Then the evening rush happens when people get off work and drop by. We’ve seen a lot of different computers come through here over time. Some are brand new and some look like they’ve been through a lot. We don’t really have a big staff, so you usually talk to the same person every time you visit. It’s a small operation. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee when we have a long project. The floor is concrete and the lights are a bit bright, but it works for what we do. We don’t spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just have the tools we need. Jambil Galli is a good place for a business like ours. We’re used to the noise.
