G. V. Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is located at 8/100B on Achal Road. It’s a pretty simple setup we have here. We aren't in a big glass building or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can get our work done without too much fuss. Achal Road isn't the biggest street, but it gets enough traffic. Our office is where all the planning and the actual day-to-day operations happen. We have a small team, and everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. There isn't much hierarchy here. If something needs to be moved, we move it ourselves. If a phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We have been running things this way for a while now. It’s a private company, but it feels more like a local business because of how we treat people who come through the door. We handle a variety of tasks depending on what the week looks like. Sometimes it’s all paperwork and sometimes it’s more hands-on. We don't really have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just want to do the work correctly so we don't have to do it twice. The space is a bit cluttered with files and samples, but we know where everything is. It’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the furniture. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive until it is time to go home for the day.
