Gruham Developers Private Limited is located in Surat, specifically in Katargam. We have shops 108, 109, and 110 in Laxmi Enclave on Gajera School Road. It is a pretty busy area with lots of shops and people coming and going. We have been in these units for quite some time now. Our day-to-day involves managing construction projects across the city. It is not always easy work, especially with the Surat weather and the deadlines we have to meet. We do not have a big corporate office with a receptionist. Most of the time, the shop doors are open and we are just inside working on our computers or talking to site supervisors. People from the neighborhood often drop by to ask about our latest projects. We keep it simple here. We do not use a lot of fancy jargon or have expensive marketing materials. We just focus on the bricks and mortar. Sometimes the office gets messy with all the sample tiles and paint charts everywhere, but that is part of being a developer. We have built up a decent reputation in Katargam just by being around and finishing our jobs. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to build good places for people to live or work. It is a straightforward business and we are just local people running it. We take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of things.
