Our place, Ginnishree Fabrics Private Limited, is located at 3614 in Gidcsachin. It’s a typical industrial spot, so there’s a lot of noise and trucks moving in and out all day long. We have been working with fabrics here for a long time. The space is mostly filled with looms and rolls of cloth that haven't been dyed yet. It gets pretty dusty inside, and you have to raise your voice to be heard over the machines when they’re all running at once. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those modern office things. It's just a concrete floor and a lot of hard work. We mostly focus on getting the fabric woven and ready for the next stage. Some of us have been here since the start, and we know the machines inside out. If one breaks, we usually fix it ourselves unless it’s something really bad. The lunch breaks are the best part of the day when we sit outside and get some air away from the noise. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. People know us because we’ve been at 3614 for years. It’s simple work, making sure the weave is tight and the fabric is what the customer asked for. We just keep our heads down and get the job done before the sun goes down.
